Our predecessor firm dates back to 1977 and since 2001 we have focussed on the mortgage and alternative finance sector, providing a comprehensive solution to the growing number of banks, challenger banks, and alternative finance providers.

In this time, we have grown steadily both in size and in breadth of expertise to become a firm that provides advice and legal services in property finance, disputes, recovery, insolvency, and professional negligence related to our core offering.

We act for the full spectrum of business clients including individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, listed companies and banks, and we provide these clients with expert legal advice, support and execution in the provision, management and recovery of both short term and long-term real estate and other security-based finance.
