Head of Property

Jodie Foster joined the firm as head of the Residential Property department in July 2026. Jodie has over 17 years’ experience in property and extensive experience of all types of real estate transactions including high value and complex transactions. She has had the privilege in working in a variety of settings including traditional law firms, alternative business structures and in house at a property management company, gaining knowledge of a wide range of property matters from residential conveyancing, sales, purchases, high value refinancing, bridging, lease extensions and enfranchisement and property debt recovery. Jodie as acted for Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and Investors. Jodie qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Jodie studied at Leeds Metropolitan University where she received her LLB degree in Law and went on to study her LPC LLM at Manchester Metropolitan University.
